Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 23, 2026
Your privacy is important to us. It is Noyto's policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including across our website and other sites we own and operate.
Personal information is any information about you which can be used to identify you. This includes information about you as a person, your devices, and information about how you use a website or online service.
1. Information We Collect
At Noyto, we prioritize simplicity and data minimization. We do not require accounts, passwords, or personal profiles to publish or read markdown documents.
When you voluntarily publish a document, we store:
- The markdown text, title, and optional description you submit.
- The custom or randomly generated URL slug.
- A hashed edit key used to authorize updates to that specific paste.
2. Log Data & Analytics
To prevent spam and calculate unique view counters, we temporarily hash incoming IP addresses into a cryptographic string. We do not store raw IP addresses in plain text, nor do we track user behavior across external websites.
3. Local Storage
Noyto stores draft content and your generated Edit Keys in your browser's local storage
(localStorage and sessionStorage) strictly on your client machine for your
convenience. We do not have access to your local storage data.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for automated abuse and bot prevention. Turnstile evaluates security signals in accordance with Cloudflare's Privacy Policy without using invasive tracking cookies.
