Noyto is designed for publishing notes, technical documentation, guides, and articles. You agree not to publish:

• Malicious software, phishing pages, or exploits.
• Content that infringes upon copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Illegal, defamatory, or abusive material.
• Automated mass-spam submissions.

2. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all Noytes you create. You can manage, edit, or delete your Noytes anytime from your account dashboard.

3. Service Availability

Noyto is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to remove Noytes that violate our acceptable use standards without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Noyto be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use published Noytes.
