By using Noyto, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

1. Acceptable Use

Noyto is designed for publishing notes, technical documentation, articles, and guides. You agree not to publish:

• Malicious software, phishing pages, or security exploits.
• Content that infringes upon intellectual property or copyrights.
• Harassment, threats, or illegal material.
• Automated mass-spam submissions.

2. Edit Keys & Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the text you publish. Content modifications are authenticated via secret Edit Keys generated upon publish. If you lose your Edit Key, Noyto cannot recover or modify the paste on your behalf.

3. Service Availability

Noyto provides this service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to remove any document, purge inactive data, or block access to vanity slugs that violate our acceptable use standards without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Noyto or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use published documents, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
